Question of the week: All the sales are mostly short sales right?
This actually false. Of the 1068 houses that have sold only 265 were short sales which is about 25%. Likewise of the 718 houses active for sale as of today only 100 are short sales which is about 14%. This is very positive as short sales have typically been about 35% of all active listings and sales in the last couple of years.
