Matanzas Woods (L-Section), where my family and I have lived since 2004, is always near and dear to my heart. In addition to the recap for for Flagler County in 2017, here is a breakdown of how my neighborhood performed for residential housing.

In comparison to 2016, all-in-all it was a solid year for Matanzas Woods. Compared to 2016 with 75 sales, the total number of sales dropped slightly coming in at 73. Median sales price saw around 10% gains for the area however. An the average days on the market dropped slightly to around 57 days which also out performed Flagler County for the year which came in around 77 days for 2017.
Inventory remains low in the area with around 29 homes for sale. This also accounts for the recent resurgence of construction happening and new developments planned for the area. It’s definitely an exciting time for Matanzas Woods.
