After a slight decrease in activity in May versus the year before, June home sales rebounded with roughly 232 existing residential houses sold. bringing the area to roughly 4% above last year through June. March and April were especially strong months which way have attributed to the shift in activity for both February and May. June and July are typically the peak month for the area historically. Inventory levels remain low and building activity continues to increase in the area.
Median price continues on an incline which is positive and is not holding back demand. With the mixture of low inventory and steady demand, we will most likely see values continue to increase as well.
